The Visa and Pass Section assists students and expatriates to apply for visas and passes from the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) appointed representative, Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS), and the Malaysian Immigration Department.
The section operates counter and information services to facilitate compliance with MoHE and immigration requirements for full-time and mobility students as well as international staff of the university. The section also assists and provides advice on the immigration requirements of family dependents.
